The Yuxin U800G series is an enterprise-grade U.2 SSD designed for data centers, cloud computing, and AI/HPC. It features a PCIe 5.0×4 + NVMe 2.0 architecture.

Flagship enterprise SSD designed for data centers, cloud computing, databases, AI/HPC, and virtualization. Features PCIe 5.0×4 + NVMe 2.0 architecture in a U.2 (SFF-8639) form factor with hot-swap support. Built on 3D TLC NAND, available in R read-intensive and M mixed-workload series. Capacities range from 3.2TB to 15.36TB.

Supports SMBus out-of-band management and NVMe-MI for disk information retrieval even after power loss. Enables online FFU firmware updates without downtime and includes Sanitize secure erase. Compatible with Windows Server, major Linux distributions, VMware, and domestic operating systems.

R Series: ~1 DWPD; M Series: ~3 DWPD (5 years), TBW up to 70.1PB. LDPC hard ECC + end-to-end data protection, UBER < 1 sector/10¹⁶ bits. Hardware power-loss protection (supercapacitor), MTBF 250 million hours.

Sequential read/write 14.2/10.2 GB/s; 4K random read 3300K IOPS. Read latency 50μs, write latency 5μs. Supports multiple namespaces, atomic writes, and QoS. Typical power consumption: 14~21W; idle: 6W.
